New Construction: Interior Architectural Design and Project Management (Project is close to complete and ready for the next phase of furniture install and styling) MPG Home Design was brought on board this project by our Clients who were working with Scott Brown Architects of Newburyport, MA on the design of their new four story home in beautiful coastal Newburyport. We worked closely with the Clients to achieve exactly what they envisioned for their new home. The look and feel is pure serenity with a modern farmhouse aesthetic.

Work consisted of full project management, sourcing and procuring all interior elements- finish materials, interior & exterior paint selections, plumbing & lighting fixtures, window treatments, doors & hardware, stair components, hardwood flooring, etc. Program elements consisting of: all living areas, stairs & halls, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, office, laundry room, linen and bedroom closets, storage pantry, family great room, finished basement, etc.
